Session Rates

  • Individual Therapy: $300 / 50-minute session

  • Couples Financial Therapy: $350 / 60-minute session, $400 / 90-minute session

  • Specialty & Intensive Care: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): $350 / 90-minute session

  • Premarital Counseling Package: $2,300 (8-hour structured program)

  • Group Therapy: $75 / session

  • Half-Day & Full-Day Intensives: Starting at $900 (Individuals) / $1,400 (Couples)

Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Koru Financial Therapy is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. By bypassing the insurance model, we are not constrained by arbitrary session limits or forced to assign you a permanent psychiatric diagnosis just to justify your care. This protects your privacy and allows us to do highly specialized, systemic work. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a monthly "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company for potential direct reimbursement.

What to Expect on Your Free Consultation

We know that initiating that first contact is often the hardest step. Your free 20-minute consultation is a zero-pressure "vibe check." You do not need to prepare any spreadsheets, and we will not dive deeply into your trauma. We will simply discuss what is bringing you in, answer your logistical questions, and decide together if my clinical approach is the right fit for your nervous system and your goals.
